The SAT word of the day is harangue. Harangue is a noun meaning a loud or pompous speech addressed to a large public assembly. It was one thing for Principal Skinner to criticize Tami for being late, but to deliver such an angry harangue in front of her peers only humiliated her.
Congrats to Brit Lang on her first place finish at the 2A West Region Cross country Championship. Grace Chaverini placed 7th also winning an award and qualifying for the State Championships. The boys’ team placed 3rd and Joey Navarro led the way with his 7th place finish. Jared Nguyen was also an award winner with his 12th place finish.
