• Attention Seniors! Time is running out to order your Senior Spirit Wear. The online order form will close on Tuesday, April 24th. Please see the Canvas messages, community newsletter, or the flyers in the hall for the links to ordering. See Ms. Bouvier for more information.
• Students, the last day to register for the May 4th SAT is Friday, April 19th. After this date, there will be a late registration fee. The test administration will be offered here at OM and is now, fully digital. If you have questions or need assistance, please stop by the Student Services office to see your counselor.
• Did you know that your local community colleges in Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel have a slew of programs in the Arts, Media, and Communication Cluster? Attending one of these local campuses could unlock a variety of career options. These include:
  • Game Development
  • App Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Digital Media
  • Graphic Design

             And these are just a few! Did you know that some careers in this cluster can be unlocked through apprenticeships? Interested? Reach out to your CRA to learn more and gain resources.

• Want to hear from professionals in the Arts, Media, and Communication cluster? Sign up to attend the virtual career spotlight on April 23rd. 
• To support the merit cart, Mrs. Urszuy will be selling snacks after school in room 808. Come support the merit cart and buy some chips and chocolate.
• The Pre Med club will have their in-person meeting after school on Monday, April 22nd. See Ms. Benson for more information.
• The merit cart will be open on Friday during all lunch shifts. Electronics, gift cards, and more are available to be purchased using your scorp bucks and merits. Don’t forget to bring your scorp bucks and merits to lunch and respectfully remind your teachers to give merits out for being respectful, responsible, and ready. All merits must have your name and a legible teacher signature.
