Every year the Oakland Mills High School Student Services Office sponsors an Interview Day for the Juniors. Many parents, staff, alumni, and community members volunteer to make the Junior Interview Program a success. The interactions with the students have been a rewarding experience for many in the community. As a graduation requirement, students compose a resume and participate in an 8-10 minute interview with our community volunteers. English teachers and counselors work together to prepare students for resume writing and interviewing skills. Our initial event for this activity was held in December 2022.

For those students that were unable to participate in December, we will be hosting our makeup day for this activity on Tuesday, April 18th in the Student Services offices.
