In addition to enjoying a delicious ice cream sundae, you will get a chance to welcome in our new principal Dr. Jeffrey Fink and assistant principals Mr. Steven Fleming and Ms. Brein Bashore. We will also say goodbye to two of our Assistant Principals. Ms. Arnetta Young will be serving Long Reach High School and Ms. Stasha Swartz will be serving Reservoir High School.

Bring another part of the world to your home! Next school year, some twenty AFS exchange students from around the world will come to Howard County for a life-changing year. Exchange students live in a family such as yours and attend your local HS. Host families volunteer to provide room and board for a student and get to know a great kid and learn more about a different part of our world. Students are available from countries around the world.
