Dear OMHS Families: 

All medications and supplies must be picked up from the Oakland Mills HS health room no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17.  

If your student has medication in the health room, it must be picked up before 11:00 am on June 15, 16 or 17 by a parent/guardian.

Any medication not picked up will be discarded. Medications DO NOT carry over to the next year.

If you are unable to pick up medication, please contact Ms. Sterenberg in the health room (elizabeth_sterenberg@hcpss.org or 410-313-6952) to make other arrangements.

REMINDER: No nurse is present at OMHS during the summer.

Medication order forms for the 2022-2023 school year must be dated after July 1, 2022.

All medications must be in containers properly labeled with the following information:

• Student name
• Medication name
• Date medication order was completed
• Dosage
• Time and frequency of medication
• Prescriber’s name
• Expiration date of Medication

Pharmacy-labeled bottles will usually contain all of this information. Over-the-counter medications must be in new, sealed, unopened containers and should be labeled with your student’s name.

PLEASE NOTE: HCPSS Health Rooms do not provide any medication to students unless provided by the family with proper order form.
