Hello, OMHS Senior Class!

Diploma pick up will be on Monday, June 1 from 8:00am - 3:00pm.  

Diploma Pick up schedule:   

• 8:00am - 9:00am A-C
• 9:00am - 10:00am D-E
• 10:00am - 11:00am F-G
• 11:00am - 12:00pm H-L
• 12:00pm - 1:00pm M-R
• 1:00pm - 2:00pm S-Z
• 2:00pm - 3:00pm - Open for those unable to make their designated window

Driving/Walking Instructions

• Limit of one vehicle per household
• Walkers - please ensure proper social distancing
• Vehicle occupants must remain in their car at all times
• To help expedite the process, please write your student's last name on a piece of paper and place it on the front dash of your car so that it will be visible for staff as you arrive.

Upon arrival at the school parking lot, follow the established traffic pattern.  Arrive using the main entrance into the parking lot per the map below:

Station #1 - Check-in
Station #2 - Drop off any remaining materials, books, Chromebooks, etc. (All materials MUST be returned to school in order to receive the diploma).
Station #3 - Pick up diploma

Safety Precautions 

You are encouraged to wear a face mask at all times while at the stations. As a reminder, it is critical that families and staff maintain all social distancing practices and remain in their vehicles.  We ask that all seniors and their families follow the directions of the staff members present during pickup to ensure everyone's safety during their assigned pickup time.

Important Information regarding Diplomas, Transcripts, etc.

Envelopes will contain the official diploma.  Students/families can print a copy of the final report card from Synergy after 5/28/20.  Final transcripts will be sent to the college students indicated on the Senior Survey 2020 in Naviance.  Please be sure to complete that survey before 5/28/20.

Students may not pick up diplomas for any other individual. Parents are allowed to pick up the diploma for their children.
