Special Notes

1. NO EXAMS MAY BE GIVEN PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EXAM DATE. 
2. As schools are closed on Friday, January 19, the exams scheduled for Friday, January 19 will now take place on Thursday, January 25. The end of Quarter 2 has been moved to Thursday, January 25.
3. On Tuesday, January 23, AM and PM classes will be held at ARL. PM ARL students need to report to the bus immediately after Period 4A. Students in semester courses will report to Semester 1 classes for Periods 2-6 as Quarter 2 now ends on January 25.
4. If there is a late arrival on Tuesday, January 23, Bell Schedule #2 will be used. AM and PM ARL students will remain at their home schools and participate in virtual lessons with their ARL teachers. An ARL staff member is available to report to each high school to provide support with student supervision during Periods 1, 5, and 6. Please contact Karl Schindler if your school could use the assistance. 
5. On Wednesday, January 24, AM and PM classes will be held at ARL. PM ARL students will report to ARL for the Periods 4B and 6 exams after eating during the first lunch shift. Students in semester classes will report to Semester 1 classes for Periods 1, 2, 3, and 5. 
6. On Thursday, January 25, AM and PM classes will be held at ARL. Students in semester courses will report to Semester 1 classes for Periods 1,2, 3, and 6.  
7. Any additional schedule changes related to weather delays/closures will be communicated to schools as quickly as possible.
