- No extracurricular activities, other than 90 minute conditioning practices which may begin at 2:45 PM

Special Notes
- NO EXAMS MAY BE GIVEN PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EXAM DATE.
- If schools are closed on any day(s) between January 17-20 due to inclement weather, the school system may designate a specific day(s) as one or more of the three asynchronous instruction days that the school system can use each year. Semester exams will not be given on any asynchronous instruction day(s) and the information included below will be followed regarding rescheduling of exams. Teachers may utilize the asynchronous instruction days to provide exam review activities/assignments for students.
- If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Tuesday, January 17, Bell Schedule #3 will be used.
- If schools are closed/designated for asynchronous instruction on Tuesday, January 17, the Period 1 exam will be moved to Tuesday, January 24 and Bell Schedule #1 will be used.
- If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Wednesday, January 18, Thursday, January 19, or Friday, January 20, Bell Schedule #4 will be used.
- If schools are closed on January 18 OR 19 (or if either/both of those days are designated for asynchronous instruction), the exams scheduled for that day will be given on the next school day. This would then shift each day over by one so that Bell Schedule #5 would be used on Tuesday, January 24 as the last day of exams.
- If schools are closed/designated for asynchronous instruction on Friday, January 20, the Period 5 and 6 exams will be moved to Tuesday, January 24 and Bell Schedule #5 will be used.
- All extracurricular activities will resume on Friday, January 20, regardless of late opening or closure for inclement weather on January 17-19.
- Any additional schedule changes necessary will be addressed by SMIL and communicated to schools as quickly as possible.
