The Community Action Council of Howard County has resources for those needing food, housing, or energy assistance at Community Action Council of Howard County Response to the Coronavirus.  This includes the Howard County Food Bank, located at 9385 Gerwig Lane, Columbia MD 21046.  Clients should bring identification and proof of Howard County residency to the food bank. Food Bank hours:

Tuesdays: 1 to 4 p.m.

Wednesdays: 1 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 8 pm (by appointment only)

Thursdays: 1 to 4 p.m.

Saturdays: 9 a.m. to noon (by appointment only)
