  • Consider placing books, athletic/musical equipment, and technology in separate bags/boxes.
  • Include a Textbook/Materials Collection Form in the bag; this can either be printed and filled in, or you can simply write the information on a sheet of paper.

  • Walkers, please ensure proper social distancing.
  • Vehicle occupants must remain in their car at all times.
  • To help expedite the process, please write your student's last name on a piece of paper and place it on the front dash of your car, so that it will be visible for staff as you arrive.
  • See the map below:

  • Upon arrival at the school parking lot, follow the established traffic pattern to avoid traffic backing up onto Kilimanjaro.
  • Arrive using the main entrance into the parking lot per the map.
  • You will be guided back to the “hut” by school staff.
  • You will be directed to several stations which are located at the hut, gym entrance, and two front main entrances.
  • From there you will be directed out of the bus loop per normal exiting procedures.

  • Students may not pick up materials for any other individual.
  • You are encouraged to wear a facemask at all times while at the stations.
  • If you have an item of critical need in the school building, please complete this survey OMHS Senior Critical Item Pick-up Survey May 2020 immediately, and we will try to have the item for you when you arrive.  Students are not permitted to enter the school building.
