Dear OMHS CommUnity!
On June 9, 2020, students in grades 9 - 11 will be given an opportunity to come to OMHS to pick-up CRITICAL items that may have been left at school or to return items if your student is NOT returning to an HCPSS school next year.
As well, graduating seniors who missed the pickup window for their diplomas may come to the building for pick up. In addition, we will have diploma covers available for those seniors who would like one.
Unfortunately, we are not able to allow students and their families inside the school. However, we will be able to retrieve critical items for you, that you will pick-up outside, on June 9. In order to assist this process, we ask that you complete a brief survey by June 4 if:
We will only be able to return items to parents/guardians/students if you complete this survey, as they need to be collected from the building. Requests made on the date of pick-up will not be able to be honored. Thank you for understanding, and for your support.
Once again, please complete the survey by June 4. Instructions for June 9 are below.
Thank you in advance for helping us ensure a safe and orderly plan for the pick-up and drop-off of items, and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Be well and stay safe!
*Please note: If your child IS returning to any HCPSS school (OMHS or any other HCPSS school) for the 2020/21 school year, you should NOT return HCPSS property at this time, this includes Chromebooks. Once school resumes in school buildings, students will bring their school system property to whatever school they attend, and it will be collected and redistributed to its original location. There is nothing that families staying in HCPSS need to do, even if your student is being redistricted, or your student is moving to a new school within HCPSS.
Date: Tuesday, June 9 from 10:00am – 2:00pm
