Under General Resources, links are provided to:

• Community Action Council of Howard County Response to the Coronavirus - resources for those needing food, housing, or energy assistance
• Maryland Health Connection - access to the new Special Enrollment Period for uninsured Marylanders who need health coverage during the State of Emergency for Covid-19
• CARE (Child and Adolescent Resources and Education) Line - The Howard County Office of Children and Families provides a free information and referral service for questions about behavior, childcare, special needs, health and mental health concerns, financial assistance and other topics.
