Congratulations to the Boys' Varsity Basketball team who concluded their regular season finale in superb fashion yesterday by "stinging" the Owls of Dundalk 89 - 54 to finish the regular season with a record of 17 and 5. They secured the #1 seed with the victory and will have a home playoff game next Monday. The Scorpions were led by Seniors, Dae Dae Eaton, with 23 pts., Ke'Von Simpson with 12, Jett Eiland with 14 and Junior, Truth Norton with 12. Sophomore, Barry Evans used his length, energy, and defense to disrupt the Owls all night long. Hope to see Scorpion Nation in full effect on Monday, March 4th.
Attention all boys lacrosse players, there will be a brief mandatory meeting TODAY - Tuesday the 26th immediately after school in room 204. All paperwork is due at this time. The meeting will cover equipment handout and information on the first week of practice. Once again your attendance is required. Seniors: The deadline for the PTSA $500 scholarship is almost here. A total of six scholarships will be awarded to students attending either a 4-year or 2-year college, or trade school.
