The flu clinic is coming to OMHS! The Maryland  Partnership for Prevention (MMP), the state’s immunization coalition, will be at OMHS on Tuesday, October 9th, to offer flu vaccinations to students. Consent forms will be sent home with your student.  Please complete the form and have your student return it to the Health Room.  If you prefer, you can complete the consent form online at www.vaccineconsent.com.

PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE BOTH TYPES OF CONSENT FORMS. Consents must be received no later than Friday, September 21st. Make sure your child is aware that they are to receive the flu vaccination on October 9th. Please feel free to contact our nurse, Ms. Sterenberg, at 410-313-6952 with any questions.
