2018 Bowen Leadership Group Scholarship - Oakland Mills High School
The Bowen Leadership Group awards 2 scholarships to Oakland Mills students (one male and one female) for outstanding academic performance in high school and leadership in school and community activities. Applications are due February 28, 2018.


PDK Prospective Educator Scholarships 
Deadline: April 2, 2018
Award: $500-$2000
Specific Focus: The PDK Educational Foundation awards more than 30 scholarships each year to prospective educators, with awards ranging from $500 to $2000. These scholarships are funded through the generosity of donors. PDK uses one application for all Prospective Educator Scholarships.Scholarships are available for high school seniors as well as current undergraduate students. PDK International is a family of education associations, which includes PDK International, Educators Rising, and Pi Lambda Theta. To be eligible for a scholarship, you must be a member of at least one of the associations:

Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship  
Deadline: February 1, 2018
Award: up to $30,000
Specific Focus: Through its Mentoring and Leadership Development Program, the Jackie Robinson Foundation provides scholarships of up to $30,000 over four years to minority high school students showing leadership potential and demonstrating financial need to attend an accredited 4-year college or university of their choice.

Neal Sullivan Memorial Scholarship in Technology 
Deadline: March 31, 2018
Award: $1000
Specific Focus: IntelliGenesis is offering a $1,000 scholarship to three, full-time, 2018 high school graduates, who plan to major in Computer Science or another technology-related field.

VIP Women in Technology Scholarship Program
Deadline: April 1, 2018
Award: up to $2,500
Specific Focus: At the time of award, students must be enrolled at, or accepted into, either a two or four-year college or university within the United States for the 2018 school year. These women must be planning a career in computer science, information technology, management information systems, computer engineering, or another related field.

Atterbeary Turner Scholarship through the Maryland House of Delegates Scholarship Program
Deadline: March 31, 2018
Specific Focus: Awards are made to residents of District 13 based on financial need, academic merit and community involvement. House of Delegates Scholarships are limited to students attending in-state colleges or for students with out-of-state unique majors (majors not offered in Maryland) that have been approved prior by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC).
