Morning Announcements - Wednesday, December 23, 2015
Wed, 12/23/2015 - 7:46am
The SAT word of the day is coddle. Coddle is a verb meaning to treat with excessive tenderness; to pamper. Some parents disapproved of the way Mikeala coddled her nine-year-old son, saying that she overindulged him and paid him too much attention.
The lost and found is now clean! Teachers, please do not bring any unclaimed items from your classroom to the lost and found. The clothing drive (yellow box) is located in the parking lot near the town homes for your convenience.
Do you like to write and want to hone your skills and bounce ideas off of like minded people in a safe, supportive environment? If so, please join the writing club. See Ms. Smith in room 410. It is not too late to join.
Staff and students, would you like to feel calmer, experience less stress, and be more creative? Please join us for mindfulness in the mornings. See Ms. Smith in room 410. No experience is necessary. We encourage you to bring a friend. Teachers, bring a student or two.
We have a lot of students who owe money to the cafeteria. Please take care of this debt before the winter break. We will mail letters home on today. See Mrs. Holderman with questions.
Today for lunch we are having chicken nuggets, pork ribique or spicy chicken wrap.
