Yoga with Bee

Come practice yoga in a safe welcoming environment. We practice mindfulness , meditation and yoga. Classes follow standard schedule with introduction to poses for the first 15 min then a 40 min yoga lesson and ending the class off with meditation.

Open to all grades, ages, and all flexibility levels

Wednesdays 2:30-3:30pm in the Dance Studio
