  • The Black Student Union (BSU) will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, September 12 at 2:30PM in the Choir Room.  Everyone is welcome to join us for this introductory meeting, where we will discuss this years activities and events and more.  If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with Lloyanne Hamilton; Anana Gardner, De Carlos Moore; Cori Hill or Ola Adesunloye.

  • Attention NHS members: Our first meeting of the year is this Wednesday, September 12 during Scorp Time. Please be sure to get a Scorp Time pass from Ms. T in the Media Center or Ms. Bakhru in room 402.

  • Attention Seniors: are you interested in serving as a student page for the Maryland General Assembly? Student pages assist state representatives during the Spring 2019 legislative session and will represent Oakland Mills and Howard County in Annapolis. For more information about this program and to receive application materials, see Mr. Berry in Room 105. Applications are due Thursday, October 4th.    

  • Is math your favorite subject? You should join the Math team! Math team meets on Wednesdays in Ms Tullier’s room 510. The first meeting will be this Wednesday September 12th  from 2:15 to 3 pm. The first competition will be September 26th. All are welcome to join math team. Please see Ms. Tullier for more information.

  • The cast list for the fall play will be posted today at 2:10 outside the theater classroom. All selected cast members and anyone interested in being a part of the stage crew must attend the first rehearsal, this Saturday, September 15th from 3 - 6pm in the auditorium.

  • Interested in getting involved and making a difference in your community? Come join the Young Democrats. We will be meeting Thursdays after school in Mr. Berry’s room, room 105. All are welcome!

  • Attention Oakland Mills: looking for a club to join? Like to paint? Want to show your school spirit? Like to eat pizza? Then join Spirit Club! We meet on Fridays after school in Mr. Berry’s room, room 105. All are welcome, hope to see you there!
