  • The SAT word of the day is altruism. Altruism is a noun meaning regard for others, both natural and moral; devotion to the interests of others; human kindness. The mayor commended Omar for his altruism in donating so much of his time to volunteer work with cancer patients.

  • This is the last day to purchase senior spirit wear. Spirit wear is by pre-order only! We will not be ordering extra. There will be signs posted regarding pricing, and items will be sold during all lunch shifts. It is very important that you place your order today; otherwise you will not be able to buy spirit wear.

  • Are you interested in taking the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery)? It will be administered at OMHS on Wednesday, February 1st. See Mrs. Gilmartin in the Counseling Center or Major Gauert in JROTC for a permission slip and more information. Permission slips are due to the Counseling Center by 2:30 on January 31st.

  • Attention any students in need of tutoring, the Alpha Achievers are hosting a tutoring program in the Media Center on Mondays after school from 2:10 PM to 3:00 PM.

  • The Merit Cart Store will be open today. Don't forget to bring your merits to lunch. 

  • Today for lunch we are having chicken meatball sub, hot ‘n spicy boneless wings or chicken patty melt.
