Join us and show your support for proper disposal of medications and sharps (needles, syringes, EpiPens).
Due to the increasing fatal and nonfatal overdoses in Howard County, the increase in emotional and financial devastation to families, and the resulting effects on our community, it is imperative that we reduce the amount of unwanted or expired medications available for misuse by your student or any adults visiting your home. Our event will also keep medications out of the water supply and sharps out of the landfills. For a deeper understanding of the importance of this event, please view HC DrugFree’s video at https://vimeo.com/231604408.
This semi-annual event offers a great opportunity to assist and show your support for a drug-free community.
